Watermelon and Berry Lemonade

Indgredients:
- 1/2 medium seedless watermelon, chopped and rind removed
- 1 cup mixed berries (we used cherries, blueberries and strawberries)
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 lemons, chopped in quarters

OPTIONAL- 1 cup mineral water

1. Squeeze lemon quarters into a pitcher
2. Cut a few of the left over peels into smaller rinds and place in pitcher
3. Add mint leaves and brown sugar
4. Mix with a wooden spoon until the mint leaves are bruised and the sugar has dissolved.

5. Add watermelon and berries into blender, and then blend until mixture is smooth.
6. Poor watermelon and berry puree into pitcher and stir to combine and add mineral water if using.
7.  Serve with ice and an optional lime slice on the rim of the glass.

You can also do this recipe without the berries if you want, or substitute them for any other fruit, we were thinking that mango would taste amazing. The lemonade can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
